It might just be that thought grossing you out, but you weren't really sure about swapping all your belongings with the dog. For a first swap, just giving everything away like that seemed a bit much. However, you still thought it might be interesting to swap some belongings with a dog. Going nude 24/7 still intrigued you despite your concerns just now, but it might be more manageable to only swap clothes rather than everything you owned. Granted, you did have some trouble thinking of anything else you felt like a dog would own that a human would want, or anything you wanted to give to a dog for a while. Sleeping in a dog bed might be interesting, maybe..?
On the other hand, though, there were other bits of personal information to swap with the dog than the other two you'd thought of, and there seemed to be more opportunity there. Maybe you could swap so you lived with whoever owned the dog, which raised questions that only made the idea seem more interesting depending on what you swapped. It would be another interesting way to get to know the new neighbors, and they might even prove to be good swapping targets - that, and living with five siblings could get chaotic, so it might be nice to live somewhere else for a while. On top of that, dogs had different senses to humans, so it might be interesting to try and swap some of those over, and understand how dogs percieve the world even if you'd still be living your own human life. You knew dogs could smell emotions, so you were particularly curious about that. 'Personalities' also made you feel curious about what the results would be - would you just act like a dog, or would the dog's personality adapt to the complex mind of a human? That, and you didn't know if the dog was male or female. If it was the latter, you could probably turn yourself female with the only side effect being the neighbors' dog - though there seemed to be more than just one gender-related option. 'Responsibility' also seemed enticing, as dogs didn't really have many of those, and the list just goes on and on...
