Pleasing the Saiyan Goddess

Caulifla figured that getting Goku's attention was gonna take a while. There was no real sense in hunting him down right now if he was gonna come to her eventually, so she might as well have some fun while she waited. Raising a hand in the air, she fired off several weak (to her) energy blasts. The shots landed in a perfect perimeter around the city, creating an impromptu canyon, trapping the civilians inside.

Caulifla cleared her throat before speaking in a voice that was nearly deafening to the people below. "Listen up weaklings. The name's Caulifla, and I'm your new goddess. I'm sure you've all seen what I can do with little effort. So let that serve as an example to anyone who gets the idea to run." She scans the city, looking to see if anyone tried calling her threat and still tried.

But nobody did. They all just stood there, frozen stiff in fear. "Good to see you lot have something between your ears. So here's the deal, I wanna have some fun here while I wait for someone, and all of you are gonna pleasure me while I wait. If I feel dissatisfied or I see someone try to run, then I'll start turning people into snacks, got it?" She asks rhetorically.

"Good. Then I guess it's time to start." She booms. The question was, what should she do first?
