It feels like hours as you make it through Sunset's large intestine. The entire place is massive, like a giant, long cavern. Fortunately, you realize you're immune to the enzymes in the girl's bowels, so you don't have to worry about being killed and trapped in her inevitable wastes.
Speaking of which, Sunset's bowels are still very clean even as you progress further up and in towards the start of the large intestines. Aside from the occasional clouds of gas, there's not even a single turd in your path. She must've either just used the bathroom recently or she really keeps her bowels cleaner than most either through eating habits or otherwise.
As you near the ascending colon toward the appendix and nearby orifice towards the small intestine......
