Toshio used to be a normal young toddler. He had a loving family, a good home, and plenty of time to watch monster movies. His favs are like Godzilla, as he enjoys seeing the giant lizard literally trashing Tokyo to pieces. Well, one day his life would change forever.
In the 70s, when he was born, his father and mother was working at the nuclear facility until one day a fatal accident happened and the entire plant exploded. The baby was currently in daycare when the plant exploded and the blast have destroyed several miles worth of buildings. Many people had died at that time, and Toshio was in the blast. What would happen then, would shock the world.
Toshio was somehow alive from the blast and the radiation from the nuke blast somehow gets absorbed into him and his diaper. After he absorbed all the radiation, he then grew along with his diaper to the meancing height of 200ft. At first he was scared, but then he started to get intelligent at a fast rate thanks to the radiation after effects. His parents died in the accident. The giant toddler then got angry and started to throw his tantrum, causing destruction in the empty town, but when he realized he became the giant monster he loves to be.

Thanks to his mutation, he would be able to roar like a Kaiju, breath underwater, regenerate from any damage he takes, and can breathe fire from his mouth. The giant toddler would then rampage through Japan, destroying cities and killing thousands of people, and the military couldn't stop him. He enjoyed the carnage he brought but decided to stop and head to an island where he resides. Thanks to his mutation also, he cannot age so he always has the body of a toddler.
Japan and the rest of the world would dub him Babyzilla and be on high alert when he rampages, and the world fears him. Question is, when will he might come back?
