You arrive at your mall in the early morning, as its a fairly popular mall, and the fewer people in the mall with the possibility to see you when you shrink, the better. You enter the doors and look around. The mall is multi-storied, so there's plenty of stores to go inside to use your shrunken stature.
One of the enticing options would be the movie theater. Not only would it be dark, minimizing the chance of people seeing you, they would also be focused on the movie, leaving you to have fun wherever you want. Of course, you could just go on someone's seat when they head off to the washroom and wait for them to sit on you while acting as a doll.
Another option would be the food court. With many different food stores comes many different options of being eaten, and since you are invincible stomach acids wouldn't hurt you, nor would you drowning in the toilet. You could go in with a drink, food that isn't meant to be chewed, even through a burger. Of course, a lot of the stores also gave out toys, something you could easily take advantage of by hiding as or with one of them.
A third option you see isn't a store, but a mall playground, fit with all the things associated with a mall playground. Pipe mazes and ball pits, slides and monkey bars. You could easily wait under a slide for a kid to latch onto or inside the pipe maze while they crawl around at a slow pace, making for easy latch on. Of course, latching onto parents watching their kids was also an option.
