who is the girl?

At the old water tower a few kilometers away from Playmo City a girl tries to collect herself and get clear thoughts.
But somehow, unfortunately, she is not all alone as hoped and wished, there is a worker from the monument protection, who takes care of the old water tower.
She does not care about the worker and finds in nature a painter who sees her and asks if he can paint her...
