She smiled and got dressed walking out the door as she decided to speak several rules to her app

"First there are no males only females all guys will transform into females but no one will notice a change," she said as she watched several guys getting transformed to females "Two I'm the only one able to wear pants, everyone else must wear shorts/skirts, whenever someone tries to put a pair of pants on the nearest cop will immediately chase them down and confiscate them" she smiled with a grin watching a few police officers barge into several homes and drag box fulls of the forbidden article of clothing

"And three everyone has a bubble butt, there are no flat cheeks allowed in my new world" she said as she watched several figures hips and thighs balloon outwards their butts increased in size and with that she decided to go off in search of some victims... Where should she go?
