As Keiichi slept, Peorth's altered pill began to work its magic on him.
While Peorth intended on the pill making Keiichi fall in love with her, the carbonation did alter the intended effect. Perhaps because Keiichi took a bit more time to drink the soda. Perhaps he ate some foods that altered the pill the moment the pill got to his stomach.
Whatever it may be, Peorth's pill, which originally was supposed to make him fall in love with her, changed its effect to making whoever Keiichi stared in the eyes with fall in love with him. The next change was that now his gaze made whoever he looked at want to kiss Keiichi.
When two hours passed after Keiichi fell asleep in the Temple yard, Megumi biked to the temple. Seeing Keiichi sleeping against a tree, Megumi made her way over to him and woke up Keiichi by loudly uttering, "Keiichi? C'mon,bro, wake up! Look at you, zonked out under a tree!"
She bent over him a little, saying, "The pictures are ready, right? I came over to see them, so..."
As Megumi spoke, Keiichi slowly woke up, looking at her. "Oh, it's just Megumi."
Heat ran through Megumi as Keiichi stared at her. She dropped her bike as the desire to kiss her brother began to override her reason. She fell to her knees,crawling towards Keiichi, saying, "Ke-Keiichi... I... love you."
Seeing the growing lust in his sister's eyes, Keiichi quickly asked, "Wh-wh-what are you babbling about, Megumi? I... You... I mean, you must mean that warm familial sibling love, r-right?"
With a Peorth-like smile, Megumi answered, "This'll answer your question."
Megumi quickly kissed Keiichi on the lips, causing him to freeze in place out of shock. The Morisato sister sat on her brother's lap as her tongue darted into his mouth. When Keiichi got control over himself, Megumi held his head in place with such strength, Keiichi couldn't free himself from her grasp.
Keiichi froze again when Megumi began to press her boobs against his chest and rubbed her pert rear against his lap.
