The first is someone creates a special lipstick that causes the lips of the applier to gain a life of their own, be able to take over the body, and is loyal to the lipstick creator. Imagine the chaos that could occur if such a lipstick was used on the Kunoichi population of any of the hidden village!

The second is someone creates a jutsu that affects the lips of the target. The lips grow bigger, gain a permanent lipstick covering, and either gain a mind of their own or the target gets an insane urge to go on a kissing craze.
If the the lips get a mind of their own, then they feed on kissing others. As for the mind of the lips, feel free to make one up or make it a semi-copy of the target's personality.
If the target gets an urge to kiss, then they spread the curse to whoever they kiss.

Her lips grow bigger, but not only gain a mind of their own, but can take over her body and thus do the same to anyone else!
