Plot 1 - Yukari creates a special lipstick that contains a love potion. Her intention is to have Tsukune overcome with lust for her via a kiss. She also creates more than one.
However, her entire stock is stolen and spread among the female members of the campus. Also, the lipstick has two unintended side effect.
1- Once the wearer kisses someone, the wearer falls in love with the kissee and the kissee falls in love with the kisser. if the kissee is kissed by someone else wearing the lipstick, the kissee's previous love is replaced with love with the new kisser.
2 - The kisser gets addicted to kissing and the kissee gets addicted to being kissed.

Plot 2 - Kurumu manages to kiss Tsukune. Several times in fact. Tsukune's feelings grow for Kurumu because of it, but he also gets addicted to getting kissed. There's an omake in the second manga where Kurumu kisses Mizore and she get sorta-hypnotized by Kurumu's kisses.
Eventually, Tsukune is willing to do anything to be kissed by a woman. Even if the woman in question is someone willing to harm him or his friends.

Plot 3 - The other girls decide that Tsukune likes how Moka kisses him/ drinks his blood. So they kiss him in a similar way and they all get addicted to drinking his blood via kissing him vampire style.
Word spreads among the female members of the campus. Now Tsukune fears he might loss his blood and life in a kissing orgy.

EXTRA Plot!
Something went wrong with one of Yukari's potions.
Now the feminine population is starting to become clowns.
Clowns that are slight reality-warpers, though their props have a kiss theme.
Like the pies they throw are in the shape of lips, horns look like lips, squirt bottles that also have mouth that have big red lips.
And poor Tsukune (or an OC) is the main target of the clown's attention. Probably because they tend to have a flat personality and thus easy to play off of.
Can the protagonist save their friends from a funny fate or will they be the new star of the Youkai Academy Circus?
