Alright, scenario time. Let's start with these two:

1. An unsuspecting student at Beverly Hills High gets hit by a villain's latest experiment during the villain's battle with the spies. Said experiment can range from chemicals to ray blasts, but the effect is the same, any male hit by it becomes irresistible to women and they feel compelled to kiss him.

2. A new villain in town has captured the spies. He now plans to test his new kiss-related experiment on the trapped girls.
