playing truth or Dare during a sleepover in Carly and Spencer's apartment, it was Carly's turn to ask, "truth or Dare" the way the Game was going, Carly having to have her arm twisted (in the metaphorical sense) to say something other than "truth", while Sam hardly ever hesitated to say "dare" as evidenced by a past time when Sam once got sick from licking a swing set after Freddie told her not to, and she took it as a dare to go ahead and do it.

when Sam predictably answered Dare, did Carly outright Dare her to put on a diaper?
