“Sup, Blake?” Yang said. “You need me? I’m kind of busy.”
“Weiss was looking for you and Ruby.” Blake said.
“Huh, why?” Yang asked.
“No, idea.” Blake said with a smirk and looked at Weiss. “Why are we looking for them again?”
“I always get paranoid when you and Ruby disappear without notice,” Weiss huffed. “Remember last week? When you two and Nora decided to try out some explosives?”
“Goodwitch only gave us a week’s worth of detention.” Yang brushed off.
“What are you doing anyways?” Blake asked.
“Ruby and Jaune went to Vale and I’m seeing if it’s a date or not,” Yang explained. ‘Right now they are at an arcade and it’s pretty tame. Can’t get close without a bunch of nerds gawking at me.”
“That would explain why Ruby didn’t pick up.” Weiss admitted.
“So thaw out a bit and relax, Weiss Queen.” Yang said. “When I get back, Blake, let’s do something. No hiding in the library, got it?”
“Okay.” Blake said and then hung up. “That suit your needs?” She asked Weiss.
“Well… yes.” Weiss nodded. “At least we don’t have to worry about them getting our team in trouble. You know how Professor Goodwitch likes to give our team punishments.” She smiled. “I do hope Ruby and Arc are on a date.”
“Really?” Blake was surprised at this.
“Yes, if he’s dating her, he will leave me alone.” Weiss replied, sounding a little bit evil.
“Oh. Right.” Blake paused. “He means well. It’s not like he likes you for your name.”
“Yeah… and that’s the reason I don’t stab him,” Weiss admitted. “If he wasn’t so… stupidly forward, I might actually be okay in his presence, but he was just getting worse.”
“Like that serenade?” Blake asked with a smirk.
“ARGH, don’t remind me.” She threw her hands into the air. “Thanks for coming along Blake. Sorry for being short. Was just in the middle of some tough homework and was a little frustrated.”
“Yeah.” Blake nodded. “I know what part you’re on. It’s not easy.” The two of them headed back toward the room.
