It’s okay! You’re okay!

You wake in fright, shouting loudly and thrusting your arms everywhere, spinning around and generally panicking. It takes about ten seconds to realize that you were just dreaming, and that you’re fine.

You shudder as you realize you’re indeed free, and your movements aren’t being restricted.
