Ok I'm bored so why not inflate an obscure character like Rosy
But the question is how dose she get inflated?

Story 1
Rosy is bullied by some older girls because she's small Rosy is sad about this but while watching a TV show about balloons she gets an idea maybe she can get big by inflating her self

Story 2
Rosy is very thirsty one day and decides to drink from a tap but as she drinks she finds that she cant stop and starts to inflate
