Her body beginning to grow and lift of the ground

Tina began to feel very strange. There was a weird, fizzy sensation in her belly, and it was getting stronger. It didn't hurt--in fact, it was sort of ticklish. Tina giggles and rubbed her belly, and then noticed something very odd...it was pushing outwards. Tina stared with surprise as her torso slowly bulged outwards, stretching the fabric of her shirt. Her arms and legs started to spread out sideways as they too began to swell. The sensation was much stronger now, and it was being accompanied by a faint sound like soda bubbles. Just when Tina thought it couldn't get any weirder, she felt herself starting to rise on her tiptoes, and with a yelp, she left the ground completely. Wiggling her hands and feet helplessly, Tina spun slowly in midair as she rose upward, swelling larger by the second...
