Smiled because she was happy to hear the news. Synthia always wanted twins.

Want to know what gender they are going to be? Dr. Willis asked.

Yes I want to know. Synthia said cheerfully.

Dr. Willis looked back at the machine to check the twins genders.

Synthia, you are going to have twin girls. And they are going to be happy and healthy as their mother.

Synthia and her mother left and went home. Synthia spent the whole way home looking down at her belly, rubbing it and giggled. When they got home, Synthia lay down on her bed and took a nap. When she woke up, her babies were kicking her belly violently. She knew they were really hungry.

She went down stairs and her mother made her and her babies a large breakfast.
