Tommy had always liked balloons, he liked the way they stretched and the way they sounded as there being blown up. In fact he liked everything about balloons except when they popped. So when he saw an ad in the paper about a formula being tested to allow humans to blow up like balloons he jumped at the opportunity to fulfill his dream of being blown up like a balloon. There was also a guarantee that there would be no popage of human test subjects.
The ad read ' looking for test subjects of any age to test new formula to allow human inflation. All ages will be accepted. Pay of $50 per day. unbreakability guaranteed. Trials will last one months. Results of drugs may become permanent.'
Tommy squealed in glee and ran to ask his mother if he could go do the testing.
She said he could if that's what he really wanted to do.
