“Wake up Will! It’s our big day!” Mel’s voice pierced through the house.
Will groggily looked at his phone and saw it was 8:00 in the morning. “Mom, its Saturday!” Will yelled out in frustration.
“I know its Saturday, but it is your 18th birthday! This is a huge day for both of us. Now I need you to get up and pack an overnight bag for the weekend. Mr. Adams heard it was your 18th birthday this weekend and decided to buy us a room at the 21-C downtown Cincinnati for tonight and tomorrow night. And…he gave me the rest of the month off work with pay! Can you believe it?”
“Now the ceremony starts at roughly 12:30 p.m., so we will want to be checked into the room and ready before 12. Now you won’t need to pack much. I think I’ve taken care of almost everything we need. You probably just need a couple of clothes for sleeping, and maybe one or two outfits other than your suit that you have to wear today. And please, try to make them nice outfits?”
Suddenly Will’s door swung open and his mom walked in and took Will completely off guard. His mom was wearing a skin hugging red dress that promptly and prominently displayed her massive cleavage. Mel laughed in response, “already being confident, huh champ? I saw you had been searching for these types of things online, so I figured I’d buy some. I also packed a bunch of athleisure-wear too. I know how you like yoga shorts and sports bras. Just like your father.”
“Mom! You’ve been looking on my computer?” Will questioned angrily. “Well duh Will Stevens! Who do you think washes all your crusty socks? Now get up and eat. I made a huge spread. I need you fed, showered, packed, dressed, and ready to go by no later than 10:30 am!”
