This is the story about a 9 year old girl, named Emily, and how did she get the grocery store all to herself. It started when her father became the new manager a month ago, and she was very happy that this is the highest rank within this branch to ever get, and Dad was very proud of what he’s done so far.
Even so that in some days, he would take his daughter to the store and even his office to have her company, especially when her mother is away for a business trip. He would give Emily free food, just for a treat, and she is happy to eat it, knowing too well on how chubby she is by the look of her figure, so it’s not a surprised to get food from her father in general.
So much so that at one point, Emily had started to imagine what happens when she could eat as many food as she like inside the store. But her main concern is she doesn’t want to get caught by not only her father, but to anyone within the premises. So she thinks that go in the store overnight would be the best solution possible.
One thing she needed to get though was the keys to get inside the store. Luckily, she knew where it is, since she saw her Dad placed it in the desk drawer for safe keeping. And so it was on that very night when she took the keys from it, and quickly sneaks out of the house without waken her father up and realised what she’s doing.
“Okay, all is good so far. Now let’s head to the grocery store and get myself in!” Emily looks so determined, especially when her stomach growl in hunger, so she had to rub her chubby belly to calm it down for a while.
Luckily the grocery store is not that far away from where she lived, so she would take a 5 minute walk to head over there. When she did arrived, all that Emily see’s is an empty parking lot, lights switched off from the store inside, and the place is huge that she may have a whole night or two to raid lots of food in one go. At least she was all by herself, when looking around to see if anyone is there, but turns out in the middle of the night, she’s on her own and looking good so far.
“Hmm... now that I got the keys, should I get in from the front or the back of the store?” Emily wondered curiously.
The front door is the main entrance way to the store, while the back of the store is only access through employees, and Emily happens to enter through that door before, because her father took her in that way. It doesn’t seem to matter to her, just as long as she can go in and lock the door behind her would be good enough not getting caught in some way.
