Alright, why not I add several more choices to the mix to spice things up a bit.
Goddesses: I am surprised why this one wasn’t used, but perhaps certain women or stuff like that grow to gigantic height and because they are so kind and gentle, they are worshipped as goddesses and they of course has special powers that helps the world.
Girlzillas: Now, I know what you are thinking, how can this be a good idea when they are known of being destructive... well let’s just say that certain girls grow to Japanese Giant Monster height and also gains strange powers and transformations, but instead of rampaging cities, they actually live among the people around the world. They are still recognized as giant monsters however, but they get along with the humans greatly, etc.
