A little Arrow in star lab

Arrow want to see his friend Flash after a dispute where you said he is a child who play hero but when he come, the lab was empty so he decided to wait him. He sit on a chair but suddenly he start to shrink when that stop, he was to 3 inches tall. He hear steps who come to him and he see the face of Barry Allen who look at him and say: "Oh Oliver you're here, what happens to you?" asks Barry
"I don't know, I waited you and that come" answers Oliver "Can you help me please?"
