'If that's the case, why don't you just keep them hidden in a box in the back of the lab, or take them apart?' Laurel asks, actually curious
'I don't take them apart because the really problematic stuff is either just barely stable or has booby-traps built in, nearly lost my hand trying to disassemble his matter transporter, As for hiding these things, if they're out and labelled there's no excuse for them being used when we tell them not to, if I gather them up, someone will find them like Ralph, go 'what does this do... whoops I turned Iris into sentient Lego'... we don't have something that does that by the way' Cisco retracts when he see's her raise an eyebrow at the absurdity, even if it also causes her to crack a smile, mostly because a device like that would make dealing with the more annoying Dinah a lot easier, leave her as a plaything for Oliver's kid, he's probably still young enough to play with Lego
(Fun fact/clarification: Laurel's first name is actually Dinah, it's mentioned in the first episode by one of her co-workers and more importantly is on her gravestone which is good enough for me. Don't know if this information applies to Black Siren as well as Black Canary, but I'm going to stick to just calling her Laurel)
'So that's a no on using the shrink ray, but what about a device to make someone a giantess?' Laurel asks conversationally, but Cisco still freezes
'Your kidding right, you cause enough damage the size of a normal human, I'm pretty sure your scream would crack open planets if you were 500 ft tall'
Laurel chuckles 'I highly doubt that, nor would I want to be more than 50-100ft tall, 500 sounds a bit too big. So, do you have the kind of tech to make me big? You're sending me to another universe, you literally never have to see or deal with me again'
Cisco sighs 'Yes, but I'm a breacher, I know people who do jump across worlds and deal with issues like you are trying to get me to let become. I can't in good conscience do anything even if I could'
Laurel runs her fingers along his shoulder, smirking when he shudders 'Come on Cisco, you have no obligation to stop me once you let me leave this Earth' her grin widens further when she sees that his resolve is breaking ever so slightly
What does he say?
1)'We have a device, a mix of Firestorm and Atom tech' he admits, giving her a device to strap to her chest in order to control her size, before shoving her through a breach.
