Your morning routine consists of teaching your unit how to improve their combat skills.
"Listen, it's always important to get the arms first, then push up and bring her down. Almost every girl is ticklish under her arms which will create a small shock to her body and before she knows it, she will be on the ground. Lili, Madie, you two go first."
The 2 Amazons face each other, placing one fist on the ground with their knees bent, ready to push forward.
"Now!" You shout
Their speed seems to be equal, as now the battle consists of which one can get a hold of each others underarms first. They swat and slap each others hands before Lili manages to get her fingers in. Madie yelps and clenches her arms as she falls down. Lili then quickly switches her position where she places Madie in an armbar and begins tickling her armpits.
Madie laughs loudly as she taps on the floor. But Lili doesn't stop until you intervene.
"Alright you two. That was nice. Madie, you may have loss but your speed has been increasing. Just work on your technique. Same with you, Lili. While we are the strongest breed, it's best to finish our enemies much quicker."
"Yes, Ma'am!"
You and your unit go and grab some breakfast. You eat until a horn sounds, which signals the start of "work". For you, it's a daily council meeting. You tell your team to standby as you head to the meeting room's hut.
You and the rest of the generals wait until Jadaya, the Amazonian's leader appears.
"For the past few weeks, we have no major incidents where more than a squad is needed to deal with an issue. Which is great, since none of our sisters have been lost. But this is very concerning. Usually, we would have some barbarians try to attack us. But they haven't done so recently."
She pulls out a scroll
"But, a few weeks ago, one of our scouts states that she did see a few members of the Elven Society talking with a Barbarian group. I was weary at first, but nothing has happened since."
She then turns to you.
"Xena, since you and your unit are the youngest with the freshest legs, I believe that you can do the scouting."
"Pffft. Hahahaha. Apologize, my lady. But I do think it's too early for her to go on a mission like that." Laughed one of the senior generals.
"Oh shut up, we saw her skills and got the majority vote of her being a general." Said another
"Yeah, great fighter. Don't know about her leadership skills."
"Ladies, quiet. Xena, who do you want to scout? The Elven Society, which sadly, I agree might be a difficult mission since their intellect and abilities are powerful. Or, the Barbarians, which is basically going into a minefield, not knowing what happened to them?"
