Now while Alf's behavior was rather unacceptable among fairies he was only a child being twelve years old. He was also only a mere 2 inches tall. The thing with fairies is that their sizes could vary drastically from being as small as an inch to a wopping one foot tall, which is how big officer Crystal was.

You know how little kids would do mean things to people and it actually means they have a crush on them? Well that was with Alf and officer Crystal, he had a crush on her and pranking her was the only thing Alf could do to get her attention.

Speaking of which....

Alf had poured a special potion onto Officer Crytal's morning donut which would alter her body, but how?
