Grant meets the succubus while Mark is away.

Professor Grant continued to work on her machine. After a moment, there was a loud bang and a blinding flash. Out of a dense mist, appeared a long legged lady, wearing a red dress.
“Oh hello Dr. Grant. I thought I’d stop by and give you a little gift.”
“What do you mean? Who are you? What is this?” Dr. Grant replied.
The power granting succubus simply laughed.
“Ha ha ha ha! You make me laugh doctor. Now it’s time for your reward. You deserve it after all these years.”
“Reward?” She asked
“Oh yes. You have been tormented for your petite stature. No more.” the succubus answered with a grin
She suddenly grabbed Dr. Grant, pulling toward her recent invention.
“See this? You won’t need it. I will bestow upon you the very power you seek.”
She then started chanting in a strange language, waving her arms. She stuck out her palms and blasted Dr. Grant with white light, before disappearing.

Meanwhile, Mark Heard the commotion from down the hall. He jumped up from his desk, and begin to jog toward Professor Grant’s office. When he arrived, he saw_______.
