As Debbie walked with the shrink ray, she heard her youngest child yelling from somewhere in the house.
"Moooooooom! Are you ready yet?!" she yelled from her room. Checking her watch, the mother smacked her head as she remembered her plans for the day. Nicole was spending the night at a friend's place that night, and she had to drive her. But as she recalled...Debbie didn't like those friends. Ever since she started spending time with them, Nicole had been acting out more.
As she moved towards Nicole's room, the pre-teen girl opened her door and groaned as she saw her mother still wearing her nightclothes.

Nicole was there among a group of four other girls. She instantly recognized the closest girl, Angela's youngest daughter, Adrianna. The 12 year old girl was always a good friend to Nicole. But the other three looked to be around 13 or 14, and were all looking through their phones. They looked like bad eggs to her...
"Well...bye..." Angela said, shutting the door in her face. Debbie stood on the porch for a few minutes, feeling angry at her daughter's poor choice of friends. They were going to corrupt her child...unless she did something about it. Feeling the shrink ray in her pocket, Debbie had an idea...
