She shrinks all the kids

As she was considering what to do most of the parents got up to go to the bathroom or they got distracted by other things which presented the perfect scenario. One of the toddlers who was playing at the park with her sister got up and got a drink then went to the bathroom with her mom. The mom appeared to be maybe in her mid 20s or so. So Lisa scanned the area and shrank all of the kids. Most of them were elementary school age or younger. She collected all of them and started to think about what she could do now. A few options popped into her head...
