Claire scrunched her toes in excitement. She didn’t believe what her boyfriend Derek has told her about his incredibly smart father and their crazy inventions. Claire was a sweet girl, but was one of the reasons stereotypes about dumb blondes existed. Regardless, she was now a quarter inch tall with her boyfriend and they prepared to enter the city. “This is so fucking cool!” the cheerleader said, kissing Derek on the neck. “Are you sure it’s safe though?”
“Of course it’s safe babe,” the football player laughed. “I’ll protect you from anything, right?” He grabbed her ass after saying this, causing a few of the tiny (now normal sized) inhabitants of the city who were walking by to roll their eyes.
“Awww you love me!” the blond ditz giggled. “Now let’s go get some ice cream!”
The newly shrunken duel walked along some of the cities busiest streets and took in the sites. They finally found an ice cream shop and started making small talk with the cashier behind the counter.
“So you said you’re from out of town, where are you vacationing from?” the man in his twenties asked.
“Oh we’re actually from here!” laughed Claire. “We just shrunk down to your size.”
The man didn’t know how to respond to this, so he just stared at her then cocked one eyebrow at Derek.
Derek laughed, trying to make it sound like a joke, before pinching Claire’s ass. “Thanks for the ice cream,” he said. As they walked out eating their frozen desserts, Derek repeated everything he told Claire before about the people not knowing anything.
