Very curious to see if this device would actually work, Derek. Fought the shrink ray up to his room. It was still the middle of the night and the rest of his family were surely asleep. As he carefully crept up the stairs, he made it to his door and quietly shut it behind him.
"Ok, now to test this bad boy out," he said to himself. Rotating the shrink ray in his hand, he carefully aimed the device at his bed. His heart was pounding with anticipation, as he slowly pulled the trigger.
A bright flash emitted from the shrink ray, and before Derek's very eyes, the bed shrank incredibly quickly. In fact, it had gone from a queen size to doll sized in a matter of seconds.
"Holy shit," Derek whispered, as he bent down to examine his handiwork. After setting the bed back onto the floor, he pressed the grown button and restored it to its original size.
"This is fucking incredible," Derek exclaimed. It was at that point his curiosity got the better of him, without really thinking, Derek aimed the remote at himself and pulled the trigger.
Within seconds the room had expanded exponentially. When Derek came to a stop he was only a mere 1/4 inch tall, roughly the size of a large ant. To his absolute amazement, the shrink ray had proportionally shrunk with him.
However, it was at this point Derek noticed the battery light was flashing. "Oh fuck!" He squeaked, as he realized it would take time to recharge automatically.
Well there were still a few more hours before the sun came up. Derek decided to creep out into the hallway and towards a family members room. Which room does he go to?
