Tap tap tap. Max paced in front of a bus station. It’s a sunny day and the street is busy with teenagers going to the local hot spots. Max’s highschool had let out early, freeing the the teens from the four walls. Pacing for too long hurt his feet, and decided to sit on a bench.
Max looked up at a nearby clock. 4:40pm. Max frown. He’s been waiting here for a while and had been being worrying if she would show up.
Max is 6’2 ft tall, with a muscular build. He has brown, cowlick hair with blue eyes. His face is serious but he has that classic sweet guy personality. While he isn’t perfect, he tries to do the right thing, even if he likes to indulge his darker side. But that isn’t what he is here for.
Max is wearing a green, plaid, shirt sleeve shirt, button up to the last two close to his neck and blue jeans for his pants.
Max, looking anxious, watch for a bus to come. A few days earlier, he had asked a girl out. She was always surrounded by a group of boys so Max never found the courage to speak to her. One day, Max hadn’t seen those boys around the girl for a week. Seeing no better time to get close to her, He approach her.
To be honest, Max was fully expecting a rejection. Sure, they’ve share some few moments together but they never really gotten to know each other. But Max thought she was beautiful. So when he asked her, he was surprised that she smiled and said “Yes, I would like to go out with you.” She didn’t say it right away. Understandably, she took a few moments before giving her answer. Max was definitely on cloud nine after that.
Max continue to twiddle his thumbs. He is so nervous. But his patience was rewarded. The bus drove up and stopped in front of him. Max got up from his chair as the door open.
The girl he was waiting for walked out down the steps of the bus with her long, slender legs. Her feet touched the ground and look up at the taller person in front of her. She smiled as soon as she recognized him. “Hey there, Max. Did I keep you waiting long?” Tea asked, her short, brown hair dangle at the sides of her face. https://goo.gl/images/T4Dx29
Max blushed. “Nope. Nuh-uh. I just got here. So glad we happen to arrive at the same time.” Max said, playing it cool (Ha).
Tea smile. “I guess so.” She reach out her hand and grab his. “Come on. I’m so excited. Let’s see how much we can get done in one day.” Tea tug on Max’s hand, who is blushing and unable to get any words, and lead him off to where they are heading for.
