Chiba Nidai was a small, lean sixteen year old. Looking at him most would assume he was into extracurricular activities such as art or literature. However he was actually into sports, basketball specifically.
He attended Teikõ Junior High, the school known for creating the legendary basketball team the Generation of Miracles. Chiba was actually friends with them, although he didn't play on the team, he showed up at the games and would visit at the end of practice. He was remembered as the kind small friend that could put a smile on their faces. However as they won more and increased their skill, the team grew further apart in their friendship. Eventually at the end of junior high, he was asked which high school he was attending by the team. All he could do was shake his head as tears fell from his eyes and run from the voices of his former friends.
Now he attended Seirin High, while the team went to different schools. Although he thought he could feel a familar presence when he walked by the gym, he avoided going in. Feeling it would bring up bad memories.
Sitting under a tree he began to doze off, wishing he could be with his friends again.
Opening his eyes, Chiba felt different. He was laying down and th ground felt much more comfy and soft. However looking around, He gasped in shock he wasn't in front of the school he was in a giant bedroom!
He had little time to process the situation the door to the bedroom opened and the giant inhabitant walked in. Chiba panicked slightly, but upon seeing the giant he could only gaze in shock as tears began to fill his eyes.
