When it's finished pinning you to the floor, the Vaporeon gets off you and lies down next to you. The it scoops you up close to its side with one of its front legs. As you're caught in its grasp it starts licking and nuzzling you again.
While in your current position, you start rubbing it behind its ear. As you do this, the Vaporeon starts thumping one of its hind legs rapidly. Looks like you've found the sweet spot. The big hind paw is causing all sorts of vibrations with its thumping, it's almost like an earthquake to you.
Despite the turbulence, you continue this anyway. You find it rather cute that you can cause something so big to shake the earth simply by giving its ear a tiny rub. You can practically give yourself the effect of being in an early massage chair with the way this is going.
