The Vlogger:

John gets offered a chance to become rich and famous if he is willing to undergo a radical life change. If he agrees to take a new special kind of medication that will slowly change his gender completely. His job is to take the medication every night before bed and every morning when he awakes he must create a short web video where he documents the changes and talks about himself and what he is experiencing. His video blog will serve as a guide for anyone else looking to undergo this treatment and offer insight into his mental and physical state.
