What else could happen to him?


Option 1: Ash gradually swaps personalities with one of the Pokémon. This means that Ash slowly over time starts to act more and more like the Pokémon in question, while the Pokémon starts to act more and more like Ash; eventually culminating with Ash thinking he actually IS the Pokémon in question, while the Pokémon thinks it really IS the human, Ash!

Option 2: Ash ends up swapping lives with one of the Pokémon. This makes things awkward for both Ash and the Pokémon, since Ash has to get used to living the Pokémon's life, while the Pokémon has to get used to living Ash's human life.
