The problem with the AI was that, as a prototype, it only had one placeholder food. And that was a lard-based substance that tasted like sweet and delicious, and would be fed to Maggie at predetermined times. Now while this wouldn't be a problem, the robot had a manual button on the arm that would feed Maggie the Lard, and could only stop feeding Maggie when Maggie or a third party pressed the button to stop the feeding. In hindsight it was a very significant design flaw.
Upon Dinnertime rolling around, the robotic Babysitter walked over to Maggie while in her playpen, and picked her up.
"It is time for dinner, MAGGIE." The robot stated, placing her into her high chair, with her left hand retracting into her arm and being replaced with a pacifier. Upon placing her pacifier hand into Maggie's mouth, suddenly Maggie was being pumped full of the lard. With being so young, and having no idea she needed to manually stop the feeding herself, Maggie chugged it all, it was delicious and Maggie could hardly get enough of it!
Maggie continue to chug it, filling up her high chair with her own flabby body until...
