“Bursting out of my clothes?!” retorted Vados. “First you call me fat and now you DARE mock the attire of angel’s uniform?!”

Already fuming with anger, Bulma didn’t back down and screamed back with a loud, “YES!”

Vados let out a loud gasp from that blunt answer; her eyes opening widely.

It would seem this ladies' luncheon had taken a drastic turn of events…

Soon there was an eerie silence between the two women, as they both continued to glare at each other with spite. While Bulma’s face was pulsing with rage, her heart was racing madly, frighten to know what was to come next. Meanwhile, Vados softly coughed and slipped back into her usual stoic appearance.

“Oooh, I think I understand what’s going on here,” said Vados, breaking the silence with a smug look.

“And… And what’s that exactly?” Bulma asked, trembling a little as her body was trying to brace itself to whatever Vados had to say next.

“You’re jealous of my divine beauty~”

“…”

Another awkward silence occurred, as Bulma was flabbergasted to hear something so absurd and unexpected; where she hilariously dropped towards the floor and yelled out, “What?!”

“Don’t deny it mortal, you simply envy for a body like mine,” Vados continued to say, as she licked some chocolate off her fingertips. “Most of the women and men I’ve seen here in Universe 7 are pretty scrawny and frail.”

“WHAT?!” repeated Bulma with a more ferocious angry tone. “Are you calling me tiny?!” Now she was the one feeling insulted, as Bulma was incredibly proud of her large bosom and looks.

“Oohohoh! Why, yes.”

Bulma soon started to growl angrily, getting annoyed by Vados’ sudden new arrogance and that rich booming laugh of hers. “Oh yeah? I bet your universe is filled with weak dummies!”

Vados’ eyes immediately became stern and strict again, as she hovered quickly to Bulma, who was frozen in fright from the rapid fast movements. “Is that a challenge I hear?”

“Well… Um… Yes…?” mumbled Bulma, as she panicked from the sudden extreme closeup.

Scowling still at Bulma, who was starting to sweat nervously, Vados gave a smile and said, “Very well, just to prove you’re wrong, we shall have a tournament…”

“Yes… A Tournament of Powerful Flab!” she declared in an overjoyed tone.

“A Tournament of what…?” Bulma asked, deeply confused what was even going on.

“A tournament to show which universe is truly powerful with their flabby essence~” explained Vados. “4 vs 4 battle royale, last fighter standing wins.”

This was simply becoming too much for Bulma, all she wanted was to have lunch and some peace, but this was ridiculous! “But wait! I’m no fighter!” stated Bulma

“Well then, you better prepare yourself and your team, because, in four days, I’ll be back with Universe 6’s finest warriors of flab,” Vados grinned evilly, as she waddled towards the spot where she warped. “Then we will see, whose universe is the best…”

Vados hit the bottom of her staff on the floor and was instantly engulfed by the light, quickly taken away until the light was gone. Bulma stood there and wondered what to do.
