Halley.

Penny was walking around the mall when she saw that a new daycare had opened up. While walking past it she saw Bernadette was standing in line with Halley and Michael so she decided to stop in to see what was happening.

Penny went inside and was able to talk to her since Bernadette was at the end of the line. Bernadette explained this was a new daycare that the mall had opened that allowed moms to get their kids watched while they went shopping. Penny decided to join Bernadette in waiting to drop off Halley and Michael so they could go shopping together. Halley was standing while Michael was in a stroller and after awhile of waiting she began to get tired. Since Bernadette had both hands on the stroller so Penny picked her up and held her.
