Cream does something that not many people do and that's wearing and using diapers. Why, because she has always liked them even when she finished potty training she went back to diapers because she loved the way they felt and the fact she didn't have to stop playing to go potty. Vanilla allows Cream to wear them because she loves Changing her and babying her when she gets the chance. Right now, Cream is waking up in her bed wearing one of her diapers that have carrots on them. She then checks her diaper finding it wet. She wasn't surprised because she hasn't had a dry night in a few months, but she still can make it to the bathroom, but most times she doesn't make it in time. As Cream gets out of bed she decides its time to get out of her wet diaper. Does she change herself or get Vanilla to change her?
