Itchiness began to spread across his stomach, the blonde grumbling as he moved to scratch the itch. "Stupid jutsu. Didn't do squat." Boruto mumbled as he brought his hand into his shirt, scratching....fur? "What the heck?" He pulled the shirt up to see blonde fur. "That's weird." The golden fur began spreading over his flat stomach, fluffing up as he changed.
"Is this that jutsu?" Boruto questioned as the fur continue to spill forth. The itch receded as the fur full grew in, only for more itching to sprout as it spread. His sapphire eyes twitched as he scratched at the spreading fluff, now spreading to his thighs and chest. "Super annoying. I wonder if we have a back-OUCH!" He moved his right hand away from his chest, the finger oddly cutting him by mistake.
"Didn't realize I was scratching so hard-" He had brought the hand to his face, only to go wide as sharp claws emerged, his hand slowly shifting while retaining the dexterity of humanoid fingers, yet fluffy paw pads. He felt a new sensation, his mind filling with new instincts as he as retracted his claws. "Am I becoming a cat?" Boruto didn't know enough about animals to see the difference, his face feeling odd as the fur had gone down his thighs to calves, his butt, back, and neck. His legs retaining their plantigrade shape as his eyes became cat like with vertical slits.
"I don't mind this as long as I can change back. I might even be able to run on all fours!" Boruto tried to see the bright side even as his eyesight now changing, shifting to his new form as pupils became vertical. Azure eyes retaining their color as his face began to shift. His mouth stretching forth into a snout as fur began spawning on his face. Teeth becoming sharp fangs.
"!!!" Boruto was surprised, his tongue moving across his new dentures, afraid to speak in case he bit his tongue. ''It's so weird but I want to see how far I go!'' His feet and posterior were now covered in the lemony fur as his feet gained paw pads. His clawed toes wiggling in excitement as Boruto felt the sensation. A powerful hum emerging from his throat as he glanced at himself in the mirror. His ears vanishing as his face was completely engulfed in fur, ears vanishing beneath as new canine ears sprouted atop his head, nestled at the top in his hair. ''Is it weird that I still have my hair?'' Moving to softly play with his golden locks. He had never experienced this before afterall!
That's when the biggest, and truly intense feeling erupted above his butt. "Aaaah!" He yelled out for the first time in his new appearance, a raging feeling of intense heat burning where his tail bone should, nerves emerging as a stub emerged from the fur and feebly wiggling in anguish, the fur now covered his entire body as the bone, muscle, fur and skin grew. Boruto pulled his pant down just enough to let it peek out, the pain making him scream in desperation. "What is this?!" He bent down in agony as the golden tail growing longer, thicker, and stronger as it expanded to easily 3/4th his height in length. Heavenly golden tail moving in anguish swishing about and knocking around the shampoos and sap into the bathtub.
It took the longest for Boruto to adjust, being the only part of his body to react in pain as his body shifted into a foxboy. Even his snout and paws should have had bone cracking and his skeleton shifted beneath. So why just the tail? Soon the pain ebbed away as Boruto's brain felt it natural to swish back and forth. The tail responding happily.
"It's over finally!" Relief washing over soon turned to anger as he stood proud before the mirror. "I'm gonna teach that old man a lesson! Shitty dad!" Boruto ignored how he had willingly activated it despite knowing it was left by accident. He turned his attention from spite to see in front of him a golden fox the same size as his original appearance in the bathrooms mirror. Only with his new animal traits.
"Better show the old man his work!" He wanted to shame his dad enough to stay with him for awhile and as he moved for the door-
