It was the twelfth anniversary of the day Alex and Kara first met. And in celebration of that event, Alex wanted to surprise the now twenty-four-year-old Kara at work with a box of Donuts, one of her favorite Earthling delicacies.
Being a secret agent, Alex knew how best not to bring attention to herself, breaking into the office before the workers could enter the building.
She left the box of a dozen donuts face up on Kara's desk with the lid lifted, displaying all of Kara's favorite kinds of donuts to the public.
The box was even laid out in a way that framed her all-time favorite treat, four strawberry-frosted donuts with sprinkles, sitting in the middle of the container, surrounded on all sides by different donuts.
She grabbed one of Kara's Sharpies and wrote on the inside cover of the box. In big, bold letters, "From Alex, with love." followed by a sloppily-drawn smiley face with its tongue sticking out.
But just as Alex finished this drawing and put the cap back on the marker pen, her body suddenly and unexpectedly began to shrink, falling towards the back as gravity tossed her forward towards the box she'd brought for her adopted sister.
"What the hell!" Alex screamed as she found herself in a free fall toward the pastries she purchased first thing this morning, their fresh baked aroma greeting her as she fell.
"Ahhhhh!" Alex screamed, landing face-first atop a glazed donut.
If nothing else, it offered her a safe landing zone, ensuring her body did not become a bloody stain on Kara's desk. However, it was so sticky that she couldn't move her arms and legs, leaving her entrenched on the baked good's surface, her back facing the office's ceiling.
"Crap, I'm stuck! What am I going to do now?" Alex asked herself, struggling to break free of the sugar-coated pastry, only to find herself sinking deeper into the dough, an unfortunate adversity she would have to endure, being a centimeter-sized woman in a world occupied by people over a hundred time her size.
*Ding*
An elevator chimed nearby, and Alex immediately put her senses on high alert. She was no longer alone in the office building. Someone else was here! The only question was if it was Kara or someone else?
"Kara! Kara, is that you?" She yelled at the top of her lungs, hoping for a speedy rescue, not understanding the politics of Kara's office. There was a single elevator in earshot of Kara's desk. And only one woman powerful enough to use it.
"Kara! It's me! Alex, I know this might be hard to believe, but I've shrunk! I'm on the glazed donut on your desk!" Alex yelled in a desperate plea, hoping that her sister would rescue her.
However, as a commanding and elegant shadow eclipsed her body, Alex went silent, feeling an ominous aura in the room around her. Then a moment later, she flew into the air with the donut as the giant woman towering over her lifted Alex to meet her gaze.
Unfortunately, it was not the powerful blonde she had intended to lock eyes with. It was someone much worse, Kara's boss, Cat Grant!
Alex's heart sank. She was in real danger now, being held by the most powerful woman in National City, who saw her as nothing more than a crumb on her food.
"It seems as if Kira brought donuts into work again. I suppose she wouldn't mind if I helped myself to one. It is my cheat day, after all." Cat Grant said matter-of-factly, as if she were entitled to one of Kara's favorite snacks, not even bothering to read Alex's note.
"Wait, Miss Grant, don't eat me!" Alex yelled, trying to get this skyscraper-sized woman to notice her existence as a human being and not just another calorie in her diet.
Fortunately, as Cat turned the donut toward her perfect teeth and tilted the glazed treat back, Alex began to slide along the surface, looking forward to see Cat's gaping maw about to munch on the snack she was attached to, allowing her to observe every detail inside her mouth in a brief instance.
"No! No, Please! Don't eat me!" Alex yelled as Cat motioned to take the first bite, her pink lips brushing against the donut, knocking Alex back and allowing her to slip through the center, falling a few feet before she watched Cat eat the portion she was just trapped on, cringing as she imagined herself being tossed back and forth by the media moguls tongue inside her mouth.
She may have been safe from being eaten, but falling backward, she realized hundreds of things could kill her at this size, like falling five feet onto a hard-tiled floor.
"No! Wait, someone, catch me!" Alex yelled, hoping more than ever that her now gigantified sister would swoop in to save the day. Luckily, Cat hadn't moved far from Kara's desk, so there was no need for Supergirl to rescue her as she landed back first on a familiar surface.
Alex crashed into the frosting of a strawberry donut, where her size allowed her to blend in with the large number of sprinkles spread across the surface, the taste and aroma of strawberry overpowering her scenes as she watched Cat Grant pull the glazed donut from her lips and proceed into her office.
"Great, now I'm stuck here," Alex said to herself, still breathing heavily after the fall, grateful that now she was at least facing the ceiling, meaning nobody would be able to catch her by surprise now, the way Cat had.
"Mhm, who knew frosting could be such a pain in the ass?" Alex grunted, finding it vexing that such a thin layer of frosting could present her with so much trouble, regardless of how small she'd become.
"OOOO, Donuts!" A familiar voice chimed excitedly, contrasting Alex's melancholy as she looked up, allowing herself to believe for a moment that things would get better as she saw the smiling face of her adopted sister, Kara Danvers, towering over her.
The skyscraping Kryptonian loomed over her like a goddess, grinning ear to ear as she examined to box of pastries left on her desk, licking her lips and rubbing her hands together in front of her chest.
"Thank god, Kara, it's me, Alex! I'm down here! On one of the strawberry donuts!" Alex exclaimed, counting on Kara's superhearing to detect the sound of her voice. Unfortunately, Kara had spent years on Earth, training her ears to ignore the frequency of bugs and small animals, which was the class of living creatures most people would categorize Alex in now that she was no bigger than a sprinkle on her sister's donut.
"Alex, you're the best." Kara smiled, dropping into her seat and bringing her face down close to the box of donuts, making it clear to Alex that she was neither seen nor heard.
"Kara?" Alex said, becoming a little unnerved by her alien sister's demeanor as her beautiful blue eyes darted over Alex dozens of times, not seeing her as anything more than another sprinkle on her snack.
"You're all going inside my belly. So, which of you should I devour first?" Kara asked with a giggle, unaware that one of those treats contained her sister as an extra ingredient, flashing her perfect smile over the box and sending Alex into a panic.
"Kara! If this is some kind of sick joke, it's not funny! Get me off of this donut! Right now!" Alex demanded. Finding it hard not to imagine herself being swallowed by Kara after her near miss with her sister's boss.
"Hmm, eeny, meeny, miny, moe.
Catch a tiger by the toe.
If he hollers, let him go,
Eeny, meeny, miny, moe." Kara smiled, her finger and gaze dancing around the box until both eventually focused on Alex's location, claiming the strawberry donut and, by extension, Alex as her first snack from the assortment of baked goods.
Usually, Alex found Kara's sometimes childish demeanor to be one of her more charming qualities as a single woman living in the big city. But from the perspective of a potential snack, it was horrifying.
Kara had literally singled her out from nearly a dozen choices. If only there was another donut in the box to take her place, reminded of the one Cat stole.
"Damn it. If I ever return to my normal-size, I will definately kick Cat Grant's ass." Alex thought to herself. But at her size, she was barely fit to be a freckle on Cat's toned buttcheeks, which ironically was more than she was about to be on Kara's butt if swallowed, given how efficient the Kryptonian's digestive track was at eliminating fat.
"Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Wait, Kara! Don't do this!" Alex screamed as Kara lifted the donut away from the box and up to her nostrils, taking a big whiff of the strawberry frosting on top. Her powerful inhale nearly dislodging Alex's body from the frosting as it caused her hair to fly wildly.
"Smells delicious," Kara noted, unable to distinguish between the scent of strawberries and tomboy sister's shampoo.
"Please don't eat me," Alex begged weakly, her voice cracking after multiple attempts of screaming at the top of her lungs failed to get Cat or Kara to notice her.
Alex looked ahead to see Kara's lips open to reveal her pink serpentine tongue and pearly white teeth with strands of saliva stretching from the roof of her mouth to her tongue.
As the donut moved towards Kara's lips, Alex had to wonder. Is this how her life would end? Will Kara Swallow her?
1. Yes, Kara eats the part of the donut Alex was on, tossing her shrunken sister back and forth between the inner curves of her cheeks while chewing the strawberry donut to mush before inevitably swallowing her.
2. Kara eats the donut. She barely avoids shoving Alex into her mouth, leaving her speck of a sister plastered to her upper lip.
3. Alex manages to pull herself free of the donut's frosting moments before she is swallowed by her gigantic sister, falling between Kara's tits, where she finds a soft landing waiting for her in Kara's cleavage.
4. Kara bites down on the donut, missing Alex entirely with her lips and teeth. However, the force of her chomp would be powerful enough to dislodge Alex, sending her falling down Kara's body, between her thighs on her sister's seat.
