With public support for Guardian on the rise, Maggie was more desperate than ever to capture the vigilante and bring him to justice before someone got hurt. So when a National City civilian called the police to report Guardian getting into the back of a suspicious van in the downtown area, the Spanish policewoman responded quickly to the call.
Although, by the time she arrived on the scene, James had already gone home for the night, leaving Winn alone in the van, cleaning up after a long night's work. But Maggie wasn't taking any chances.
It was at the end of her shift, so there weren't many cops on duty to give her backup, certainly not enough to ensure Guardian's capture. So she decided to take matters into her own hands, acquiring a piece of Alien technology that would make capturing anyone, even someone as powerful as Supergirl, an easy task for her to accomplish.
The Alien device, designed to look like a shotgun, was fueled by Electro-Matter. It fired highly concentrated energy projectiles that condensed whatever matter it came into contact with by shortening the distance between atoms at the cellular and molecular levels.
"Okay, all the equipment is turned off, now to stash the van in the usual place until tomorrow night." Winn declared, preparing to move into the front seat. Unfortunately, Maggie had different plans.
She charged the device, cautiously approaching the vehicle. "NCPD! Come out with your hands up!" Maggie ordered, not wanting to open fire without giving a warning first.
"Shit!" Winn said, so startled by Maggie's voice that he fell to the floor, with some pieces of equipment falling on him in the process, temporarily trapping him. He expected Maggie to open the rear doors any moment from now, realizing he was about to be caught red-handed. However, the Nebraskan-raised woman adopted a shoot first, ask questions later policy, not wanting to be caught off-guard.
"Fine, I gave you a chance," Maggie whispered to herself, easing her finger down on the trigger, battering the van with waves of electronically induced matter, quickly shrinking the vehicle to a fraction of its former size. Luckily for Winn, the process was harmless to humans and shrunk him inside the van to a comparable size. However, it was also surprisingly discrete, so Winn had no way of knowing he'd been affected by the effects of Maggie's Ray Gun.
Maggie released her grip a few moments later, after watching the van disappear before her very eyes. She knew what the device was capable of, but it was still surprising to see it in action. The full-sized van parked in front of her was now the size of a Hot Wheels toy car. It looked so fragile and tiny. She felt like she could easily walk up to it, raise her boot above the roof, and crush the vehicle to a pulp.
Fortunately for Winn, Maggie wasn't so cruel. The footfalls of her gigantic boot-clad feet setting off multiple earthquakes that continued to shake Winn's van as she got closer. Although, Winn was still clueless about the situation unfolding just outside his van, or rather, above it as Maggie lorded over the toy-sized vehicle.
She leaned forward, bending at the knee before effortlessly reaching down and picking the van off the ground between her fingertips, allowing Winn to roll free of the equipment that had him trapped. He could feel the van moving, but no one was in the driver's seat. Was he being towed?
Moving to the front of the vehicle, Winn discovered that the reality of his situation was far worse than he could have ever imagined, starring directly into Maggie's enormous amber-colored eye as she inspected the tiny vehicle.
Inside, she could make out one tiny passenger. However, she had made the van so incredibly small that it was impossible to determine whether or not the passenger was Guardian himself or an associate working alongside the vigilante. "You are under arrest for vigilantism." She declared as if escaping the lady cops fingers was even an option for the tiny person.
"Oh crap! Not good, not good!" Winn panicked, reaching for his phone and calling Alex, hoping she could somehow get him out of this mess. His phone buzzed three times and sent Winn straight to voicemail. Of course, she was busy now, of all times, "Alex, help, your lady cop friend caught me. She shrunk my van! She's holding me between her fingers. I don't know what she's going to do with me!" Winn yelped, hoping Alex would get the voicemail soon and come to his rescue.
In the meantime, he was at the mercy of the Latin giantess, who was considering her next move. What will Maggie do next?
1. Realizing no cell would be equipped to contain the tiny van, Maggie uses her immense size to create a new jail cell for the tiny vigilante she captured. Storing the vehicle inside her cleavage until morning when she could find a more permanent solution.
2. Maggie rips the back doors off the van, dumping the tiny person inside onto her outstretched palm to finish arresting Winn, declaring herself his warden.
3. Maggie brings the van back home with Winn inside, leaving him out of her nightstand to later be rescued by Alex while the cop is asleep.
4. Maggie decides she has no choice but to impound Winn's van, dropping the tiny vehicle down the back of her panties, allowing her buttcheeks to swallow Winn entirely.
5. In an effort to congratulate herself for capturing the vigilante Guardian(Unaware it's Winn), Maggie heads to Al Dive's Bar, celebrating with a few drinks. Finding herself becoming more and more intoxicated as the night progressed.
