Malcolm deserves to be shrunk after orchestrating Sara Lance's murder, who will avenge her?

1. Laurel steals an experimental piece of tech from Ray Palmer's lab. Believing it was a weapon she tracks down, and then confronts Malcolm Merlyn, but when he threatens her with violence she is forced to use the device against her foe. For a moment she believes that the beam disintegrated Malcolm entirely, until she looks down, and sees him at an inch tall.

2. Nyssa Al Ghul seeks vengeance for her beloved's death, using a League poison to weaken Malcolm. Shrinking him down to the size of a bug so she could grind him beneath her heel and make him suffer for Sara's Death.
