"Jesse! Down here! It's Barry!" he yelled, practically overjoyed as Jesse turned her attention to the floor, spotting a red dot in front of her feet.
"What the heck is that?" Jesse asked aloud, bending her knees to get a better look. That's when she saw it moving, which gave her all the reason she needed to obliterate it under her sole.
"Eww, it's a bug," she said calmly and thoroughly disgusted, quickly returning to her full height over the shrunken Barry Allen.
"What, no Jesse I'm not a bug!" Barry declared, trying to speak as loudly as possible. Unfortunately, he was too late. Jesse's ears were well out of the range of his tiny voice, and she had already lifted her foot off the ground to crush him like a bug.
"Oh shit, I have to hide." Barry thought out loud, quickly looking around the room for a makeshift hiding spot. He noticed a lab cart carrying chemicals only a few yards away from Jesse, which was close to a thousand feet away at his current size. Luckily, he was The Flash.
Barry quickly took off in a sprint, thinking he could hide out under the cart until he could think of a better way to get Jesse's attention. Preferably one that didn't involve her stepping on him. However, he quickly noticed that the shadow of Jesse's foot had yet to disappear.
"Quick little guy aren't you, luckily for me, I'm pretty QUICK myself." Jesse teased, bringing her foot down hard at the mention of the word 'Quick' enjoying her play on words. She matched her speed to Barry's without even realizing it, not even noticing that Barry the bug was using the Speed Force himself.
Horrified, Barry looked up as the rubber sole of Jesse's costume came down to wipe him out of existence, bracing himself for the impact when suddenly.
BOOM!
Her foot reconnected with the floor, sending out a powerful shockwave that made the very ground shake. She twisted her foot in a downward motion, making sure in her mind that the bug was dead.
"Ugh, I'm a Superhero, not an exterminator. Dad better hire somebody to take care of any more bugs crawling around here, before they have to answer to me." Jesse announced, lifting her foot to see that there was nothing left of the bug either on the floor or her sole.
Although, Barry was still very much alive. In the split second, before Jesse crushed his body to a gooey pulp, he began vibrating his molecules which allowed him to phase right through her costume. Unfortunately, the impact of her foot still caused Barry to lose his balance, tripping over his own feet and landing directly under Jesse's naked toes.
Despite the odor of Jesse's feet, Barry was still happy to be alive for the time being. But, Barry quickly realized that his situation hadn't gotten any better as he tried to phase out of Jesse's costume, unable to do so. Getting inside was easy, even effortless. However, escaping Jesse's foot was still impossible for the time being, he only hoped that she would take off the costume soon and that she'd be decent by the time he escaped so there wouldn't be any further awkwardness by the time he got her attention.
"Hmm, since I can't go to Earth-1 right now I might as well go on patrol." Jesse shrugged, unaware that a second Speedster would be accompanying her around Earth-2's Central City. Then, something unexpected happened, while attempting to access the Speed Force Barry and Jesse's potential energy was enhanced tenfold, with Jesse as the benefactor. A side effect from clashing inside of the Speed Force.
"Whoa, what's going on?" Jesse asked as intense bolts of bright golden lightning ran up and down her entire body, starting at her toes and running up to the top of her head and back down again. The energy was incredibly potent, giving Jesse a desire to see what she could do with this new boost to her abilities.
"Wow, this sensation is incredible. I feel, powerful. " Jesse smiled, pausing for a moment as she looked at the clock, waiting for it to hit four o' clock.
*Tick, Tick, Tick, Click*
In a Flash of light Jesse exited the room, exiting the S.T.A.R Labs building in at a moments notice. Next, she decided to test her newfound speed on the streets first. Unfortunately for Barry, he was in the worst possible spot for Jesse's test run.
Underneath her toes, Barry was battered time and time again by the large appendages. Each of which was about as big as he was, except for her pinkie which was equivalent to about half his current size, and her big toe which was nearly two times bigger than him.
Each digit was relentless in their assault, pinning Barry to the bottom of her boot with each other step while scrunching his face in her toe cleavage every time she lifted her foot off the ground. All while forced to live in Flash-Time, he endured all of this in real time, slowly and painfully humiliating.
Making matters worse was the fact that Jesse had already worked up a sweat, made even worse by her fast metabolism, causing her to sweat more than an average person. The salty liquid covered Barry's entire body, seeping through his clothes and getting inside his mouth.
Although it was nothing when compared to her toe jam, the black gunk wrapping itself around his face like a mud mask, making it harder to breathe and forcing him to swallow bits and pieces of it washed down with a serving of the previously mentioned foot sweat.
Much to the contrary Jesse was having the time of her life. She never felt more alive than when she was running fast enough to break the sound barrier. Enjoying the feeling of wind rushing through her hair, lightning running through her veins, not to mention the excitement of riding a roller coaster for the first time.
Quickly approaching the ocean, Jesse decided to try running on water, something she'd yet to try since discovering her abilities. However, something about this new surge in power made her feel invincible. Like she could do anything and everything she set her mind to and then some.
At the same time, Barry was busy enduring his own version of hell under Jesse's toes, unaware that things were about to get even worse. The skyscraper-sized Speedster leaned forward, trying to increase her speed further as she neared the beach.
The first step she took on the sand was hard for Barry to ignore, her foot hitting the ground hard with the force of an earthquake, and while this had become normal the aftershocks that followed were an entirely different matter as Jesse's weight sunk into the sand. Before that, she'd only been running on solid surfaces such as concrete and asphalt. However, this secondary impact was just the catalyst Barry needed to finally free himself from Jesse's sweaty toes.
This process repeated itself several more times until Barry was dragged beneath the ball of Jesse's foot where he was forced to endure the brunt of her full weight as she pushed herself forward. Luckily, it wasn't long before Jesse hit the water, saving Barry from ending up as a stain on the bottom of Jesse's foot. Although, it did come with a few unforeseen drawbacks in exchange.
Now that Jesse was no longer sprinting on a solid or semi-solid surface, her footfalls meet with little resistance on the ocean's surface. This meant that there was no longer anything keeping Barry in place underneath her foot, allowing him to slide freely around the underside of her foot.
Starting at the ball of her foot, Barry struggled as he attempted to pull himself back to safety under Jesse's toes, heading in the opposite direction entirely. In a few short moments, Barry got well acquainted with Jesse's sole, learning it's every curve as he traveled along her soft skin, swallowing what felt like half a gallon of foot sweat along the way.
At this point, Jesse could feel that something was off as Barry was involuntarily tickling her foot on his way to her heel. Now she could have easily gotten off at the riverbed and crushed the source of the disturbance the moment her foot met with the solid ground again, but she was also curious to find out what was inside of her shoe.
So instead she ran back towards S.T.A.R Labs, making barry trip under her heel a quick one before he was slingshot back towards Jesse's toes thanks to some impressive footwork by Jesse Quick. This time intentionally grasped by the massive digits as she followed the water back to her father's research building.
Jesse rushed into the building in the blink of an eye, stopping where she'd began and looking at the clock to see that it had just hit 4:01 PM, meaning that her entire run around the city had only taken her one minute. Though being stuck in Flash-time, it felt closer to an hour for the shrunken Barry Allen.
"Woooo, record time!" Jesse yelled, jumping joyfully as she shattered her old record of two and a half minutes to complete a patrol. Turning her attention back to whatever was in her shoe, undressing down to her underwear in a flash. The entire suit needed to be taken off just for her feet to breathe fresh air, a drawback to being aerodynamic.
She sat down on a nearby chair and lifted her foot up, squinting as she looked between her toes to see what looked like a tiny red bug. However, upon taking a closer look, she realized what or more accurately who was between her toes.
"Barry is that you?" She asked, shocked by this development. Quick to put the pieces together with her genius-level intellect she figured out everything that happened to Barry, and that he was the source of her new speed.
What will she do next?
1. Jesse brings Barry back to Caitlin on Earth 1, popping him into her mouth to protect him from any more negative effects.
2. Jesse gets a Meta-Human alert, not wanting to step on Barry again, she secures him between her buttcheeks before running off to fight the threat.
3. Jesse likes her new speed and tells Barry she will try to help, keeping him as her new pet instead.
