In season five the new district attorney Adrian Chase is revealed to be a serial killer named Prometheus, New vigilantes have taken to the streets after being inspired by the Green Arrow. Rene Ramirez, Evelyn Sharp, Curtis Holt, Rory Regan, & Dinah Drake join the new Team Arrow after the old one mostly disbands. Evelyn Then betrays Oliver to Prometheus along with their new allies Black Siren and Talia Al ghul.
