Marioman's Nintendo Weight Gain

Samus brought her ship onto the ground near some ruins of an unknown planet, landing closely. In her travels around the galaxy, she had managed to track a signal of a strange Chozo beacon. Once off her ship, she didn't have to walk for long until she was inside the ruins and to her surprise, there was a glowing upgrade of sorts in front of her.

She cautiously approached it, keeping an eye open for any hostiles that might try to get in her way. But the ruins seemed strangely silent. Abandoned. When she stood before it, she tries to perform a scan with her suit, but whatever it didn't seem able to be identified, leading her to question further what it could be, or for that matter, if it was even the Chozo who left it there.

None the less, she graciously accepted the upgrade.

It couldn't be helped at this point, as she had grown to use to grabbing stuff like this. But strangely nothing had happened yet for her. Thinking there was a delay, Samus began searching the ruins of the place, taking her time with her scans and investigations. But the well-adjusted hunter didn't notice what was happening... to her.

For some odd reason, her body was starting to feel weird...
