Huh? You're not part of a team? Oh! You must be that new transfer student! I suppose it'll take a while before you can be sorted into a proper team. Until then, the Beacon dormitories have a few spare rooms that you can stay in on your own.
Right, so, Ebony. You're a brand new student to Beacon Academy, an elite combat training school for gifted young hunters of Grimm. Exciting, huh? You were admitted not necessarily because you're great at combat, but because of you're excellent knowledge of dust and dust accessories! You're the perfect supporting huntress role for the academy.
You step off the bus, bag in hand, taking in the sweet, sweet air of the Vale springtime air. Following the map on your scroll, you make your way to the huge, imposing green building far in the city's skyline. The courtyard is beautiful: a wide, green landscape surrounds the pristine stone walkway to the centre square, laid out are trees with stunning crimson leaves and a fountain that pours misty waters from it's spokes.
As you're walking and taking in the scenery, however, you fail to notice the student in front of you. You crash into them, knocking you back and pushing them to the floor. Rubbing your hurt head, you turn around to help the person you just ran over, offering your hand to help them up. They happily take your assistance.
"I'm so sorry about being in your way!" They say, nervously.
"What? No, no, it was my fault," you say, "I should have watched where I was going!"
"Well I'm just glad you're okay."
"You too!" After an awkward pause, you decide this moment is perfect to make a new friend here. "So... My name's Ebony. What's your name, pal?"
