Brian and Chloe looked at each other. "Did...I just see what I thought I saw?" Chloe asked Brian.
"You mean, did an infant talk...and take his mother to the lavatory? Then yeah."
"What the hell is going on?" Chloe expressed.
Both of their kids were oblivious to this, watching movies on the seat back TVs, and their parents saw no reason to interrupt them yet.
They looked around. there were two flight attendants in the economy cabin...and there was another behind the curtain in business at the front of the plane. They couldn't see either of them. That meant they were in the galley at the back of the plane.
Brian and Chloe debated what to do. Could they go up to a flight attendant and tell them what they say without seeming crazy? Maybe it was just their imagination...but they both saw it. They both began to rationalize it to themselves...they were working too hard perhaps...and really needed this vacation.
Meanwhile, there was another person looking for the flight attendant. A girl their daughter's age seated at the front of the cabin. She was traveling alone, and had a card around her neck with her information. The flight attendants were supposed to keep an eye on her. She looked up, having been told not to get up when the Fasten Seatbelt sign was on. It wasn't, so she got up and headed toward the back of the plane to find them.
