Lies to her

Stella trying to think of something to tell Lucy how also trying to regain her composure.

Stella: "Sweetie, I think the smell is from the road. Someone hit a skunk."

Lucy: "Well can you please roll up the window so we don't have to deal with the smell."

Stella knows that if she rolls up the window the smell will only get worse and Lucy might figure out what the smell is. On the other hand Stella thinks it might look suspicious if she doesn't roll the window up.

So what does Stella do?
