They go home and try to adjust to their new lives.

It turns out that the recovery time from the surgery was faster than Martha had anticipated and in what seemed like no time at all, they were dressed in a basic outfit the clinic provided and on their way to the car and ready to go home. She didn't need Andrew to give her a ride after all. If only I stayed home today. Andrew thought miserably.
This new female body was so foreign to him. They provided him with a bra but he could still feel his DD cup breasts jiggling. His entire sense of himself was off. He was shorter now, he was slim but this new body had wide hips and he could feel like he was walking differently. Martha felt right at home in her new body. Her hips were swaying as she strutted back to the car. They both got in. Andrew could feel that his rear end took up more space than usual on the seat. When he bucked his seatbelt the strap felt strange against his breasts.
He then remembered the remote! He could adjust his dimensions to anything he wanted. He took the remote out of his pocket. "What are you doing with that?" Martha asked. "This body is a little too curvy in places than I would prefer them to be." He said with a nervous laugh looking down at his protruding chest.
Martha narrowed her eyes. "I'm not sure how I feel about you using that remote... and there is no point of using it now if you get rid of the curves your pants wont fit." She said crossly. "Oh yeah I guess you are right" He replied putting the remote down. "What do you mean you are not sure how you feel?"
"This remote has some.. adult features.. plus it wouldn't be appropriate to have that much control over a female body." She said. Andrew crossed his legs remembering the demo the nurse had showed him earlier. "Well its my body for a few months I should have some control over it." He protested.
He thought of what she said about clothes not fitting. "What are we going to do about outfits anyways? He asked. "I already picked out a few things I wanted to be able to wear, but I only got enough for one person." She said. "Well can't we at least share until we get more?" Andrew said. "I don't want to spend twice as much money on a wardrobe that you will only use for a couple of months." Martha said stubbornly. "Then... what am I supposed to wear?" Andrew was nervous enough in this new body. The idea of not being able to find clothes to cover himself only added to the anxiety.
"I guess you can wear my old clothes. I won't be needing them anymore." She finally said after thinking about it for a moment. "But those will be too big for me." Andrew said. "We got a remote to control your body remember? We can make them fit." She said nonchalantly. Andrew processed that for a moment. "Wait what you are going to make me fat?! No way!" He protested.
"We will talk about that later." She said ending the argument.
They pull into the driveway. Andrew looks around to make sure none of the neighbors are out before stepping out of the car. He takes a deep breath and follows Martha into the house. There was no hiding from Heather. When they stepped inside Heather was gushing over how good Martha looked. She looked up at her brother and suddenly stopped talking and put a hand to her mouth in shock.
Martha shook her head and pointed at Andrew. "Your brother here thought it was a good idea to take a nap in one of the operating rooms and got the procedure done to himself." Heather tried to speak but her voice trailed away. Andrew felt his face grow red hot with embarrassment. He took his wallet and phone and transformation remote out of his pocket and put them on a nearby table where he could charge his phone. Heather finally burst out laughing. "I'm so sorry... but Andrew you are looking a little voluptuous there buddy. You even got a nicer body than me now!" She clutched her middle from laughing so hard.
"Why did you come home like this? Couldn't you just have them change you back after they realized the mistake?" She asked the two of them. "With this procedure you have to wait several months before another can be done. Andrew is just going to have to deal with the consequences of his actions" she said shrugging her shoulders. Martha then explained the remote and what it did. "Wow you are so lucky, I wish it was me that went with you instead!" Heather said jeliously.
Yeah I wish you went too. He thought miserably. Andrew went back to pick up his stuff from the table when he realized the remote wasn't there. "Wait where is my remote? I could have sworn I set it here."
